Voting Question: i need a custom hat for a friend!?

my friend wants this hat that is no longer sold and i would love to get it for him for christmas. the hat is white with black pinstripes, has the detroit tiger's logo, and is new era brand. i can't find the hat online or in shops anywhere so i was gonna custom make the hat for him, but he wants it to be really official, like the new era sign and the mlb sign and all. a little help please? can anyone else find this hat? if not, should i custom make that hat? if so, how do i find a blank white hat with dark pinstripes (i already looked on ebay for that and couldnt find it) or how do you pinstripe a hat... thank you so much! answering as many questions as possible is greatly appreciated!...
